We Need Help

You may have heard this before.  Try contacting your mortgage company and explain the situation regarding your financial situation, my mortgage company sent me a budget sheet to fill out.  Then they were able to adjust my rent accordingly.  Have you heard of Angel Food Ministries to help with food each month it has a different menu of food to order, it only costs 30 per month.  Try putting your power/heat bill on a budget plan if you can.

Hi, There is no way she can give up the car payment if someone co-signed on the loan. Would that really be fair to her mom? Then she's putting the responsibility on someone else. I have the same situation with my car in terms of cosigning, and it IS possible to refinance. I did it. I would go back to your mom and talk about refinancing the loan. I've never had a mortgage but I would contact whomever your mortgage is through and see if there is anything they can help with or direct you to someone who can help. The Salvation Army can help you with your utility bills, or go to your local trustees office for help as well. Food stamps have income guidelines, and if you're working full time it might be difficult to get, but it's worth a try. In order to find help, it takes a lot of work but it is out there.

Im sorry to hear that you having the same prob that millons of americans are having , but do you really think posting a message on the internet like this will get you any help,there are now programs to help people from lossing there homes and if your a single mother why dont you applie for food stamps and contact your local city welfair office , also contact you power co and or gas co. and ask for a differant type of bill payment agrement.also what about takeing a bus to work, or asking a co worker to share the cost of gas for a ride to work , and get rid of that car pay ment or join a local credit uion and refinacing you payment for a lower one ??? have you really check all your options or have you given up to quickly and exspect others to help and feel bad for you , there are grants out there for people all you have to do is applie for them, also why do you rent out a room in your house , or maybe your garage , i your on the internet start using google and look for more help its out there if you just look , dont give up and dont take this as an insult. call you local church ask for help

I can feel your pain - and am in a very similar situation. One thing NOT to do - don't use a payday advance place - it will only make your problems worse, believe me.
